That is the same question I ask every time I travel to a new client...
Boston to Worchester:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=e...44&ie=UTF8&z=9
Boston to Grafton:
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=e...2&ie=UTF8&z=10
If you are looking for the cheater answer... Its about 1 hour outside of Boston by car. But you can take the train like they were talking about.
Oh... and we might want to include C Utz in the list...

Sweet!
I will prob catch the train as I won't have a car.
as long as I have fairly good directions from the station I should be fine.

Thanked: 3If you're interested, there will be one or two cars leaving out of Boston and I think there's still room. I imagine when we completely finalize the place/time we can draw up an official list of carpools. Of course, if you're the type that would rather just sleep on the train and/or get some alone time, no offense will be taken.

edenri lives near me. He isn't on here too much, but he's just getting into straights. He might go with me depending on when it was.

Here's a question: Who's going to be working
and who will be observing? The less people
actually working with a tool could mean less
table space needed and we could have it here
at my house even if we have ten people. I
planned on learning the restoration secrets and
not actually doing work. Let me know.

Thanked: 3I had been planning on bringing my Dremel and hopefully getting my learn-while-doing on. I don't really have much to teach.

Could do "stations"...
So a honing station, a polishing station, a stroping station, a "cleaning" station...
So you can take a razor and go around in a circle.

That's a good idea.

I could bring a belt sander, maybe a band saw, maybe a dremel (if someone else brings one I won't) and do some scale stuff. I only hope someone else has a drill press there lol or one of those dremel drill presses. I'd bring some razors to demonstate stuff on too I guess. Whatever people want to see. I'll be driving from RI though (as long as my girlfriend doesn't mind me taking her car lol).
