Nice to read you enjoyed! I liked browsing the pics and getting an idea of the people behind the screen names. And the huge piles of both razors and hones incite jealousy.


May I ask whose these are? Especially the top one seems to have a gorgeous pattern.

Those belong to Coully. Tam O'Shanters and Dalmores, I believe.

Looks like I got in and out without a pic of me getting taken! Hah!

I want to thank David, Sicboater, and SR-CMT for running the live feed, and the camera respectively. That was so cool to watch. I'd love for us to start setting that up much more often. They took a big part of their day away from the events simply so others could share in the adventure.

Meeting Lynn and Randy in person was cool, but sort of surreal too.

I don't think anyone recognized me at all. At one point Doc asked me "Do you hone your own razors?"

I can see a future that includes "Honing with Randy", "Stropping with Honedright", "Microscopes with Alan" or someother cool Live feed instructional event . . . how cool would that be?

Absolutely correct, tam o shanters and a dalmore, i enjoy the fact that the market of the time dictated different sizes, if you look through the pics you will see a paddle hone and box, it contains a small TOS, but the box is the collectable part , its a pine box with 2 pictures on it.

Man, I really messed up by taking this job out west for the summer. That was a fun looking convention.

I don't want to get too far away from the picture thread, but I wanted to say that the webcast was the coolest thing ever. I was able to ask my questions and sicboater and dwessel passed them on to lynn and glen. So much good info, everyone seemed really cool. Thanks for everyone's effort. just wish I could have actually been there.
