I went ahead and reserved a double bed room at the Ramada West for 3 nights: total including taxes and fees was $230. If I remember right it is about 5 or 10 minutes from downtown and is only a mile or two from Doc's place.

Bill and I are planning on arriving Friday and leaving Monday. I rented a car so Tony if you want to ride with us it shouldn't be a problem
