Default Who do you want to see?

I am currently contacting companies in hopes of having Company Reps attend next years convention. Please use this thread to let me know what company reps you would like to see and which local legends (i.e. Joe Chandler, Livi, etc.) would make this convention one that you just had to attend.

My vote is for Joe Chandler, Tim Zowada and have both of them bring their belt grinders and some steel stock and then let Lynn grind a razor blank for a giveaway! Also a couple of guys doing really nice scales, a couple of guys doing restoration and of course honing. The attraction for the local News was filming Coully giving a Straight razor shave! That should be repeated. Soap makers, Brush makers, strop makers, hone makers?

Commercial Vendor's...... TI, Dovo, Boker, Henckels, Shapton, Naniwa, Norton, DMT, Belgian Coticule quarry owners, Classic Shaving, Straight Razor Design, etc

Everyone who wants to sell/trade should be able to rent a table for a nominal fee ( $10-$15). That Gym had more than ample space for many more tables.

I suspect that next year we will have many more people attending.
Especially if a definite date and place can be announced early ( like within the next month?) and with a new sticky thread. That will give people time to plan and schedule .

Ok, I will stop rambling now,

If you could arrange for a blade to be ground, polished, scaled, then sharpened throughout the convention would be great.

I know you can't possibly covered every aspect of each process but hitting the high points, or most difficult, would be neat to watch a specialist at each stage working.
