Depends on the date. I've got something going on around the 21th I think (Friday and Saturday).

Other than that, I should be available.

I'm no good the weekend of the 16th / 17th and the weekend of the 23rd / 24th. If one of these weekends is best for the majority of folks I'll catch you on the next go round. Thanks for putting this together!

Sorry for being so late to respond but any weekend is good for me for the next few weeks. If held on the 16th, I'll need to leave early enough to get home before 6pm but that's no big deal.

I'm most likely down for the weekend of the 16th. I'd offer to host it, but I don't think everyone would fit in my one-bedroom apt. I may have travel plans on the 16th, but if not, then count me in. That's the only potentially good weekend this month for me though.

The 16th or the 30th is good for me. The 23rd is out for sure.

Just a bump... Is this going anywhere?

Unfortuanately, it doesn't much look like it because we don't have any members down there willing to host it, and we don't have a count of members coming for me to rent a place...

Don't give up hope. I am looking at two options, but I'm in and out of the country a lot so patience is the key here...........

Sounds good. We may have to wait for another month, but a Houston Meeting would be awesome!
