How does a spring meet on March 20th sound? I have street parking in front of my house, large back yard and a small garage work shop.

I'd be interested, work schedule permitting. I'm in Hermosa Beach (next to Redondo and Manhattan) but I grew up in Ontario, CA! So you could say I know the neighborhood...
