I have access to a small private party room. It is not available to the public and easily accommodates 60-70 people sitting comfortably with a full kitchen and other amenities. Originally Posted by ElChe

Preferably not Halloween. I do not want to be traveling with my blades on that Sunday. Otherwise, generally, Sunday's are better for me.

So we don't want to meet on the 31st? I will be holding the room today and will get Saturday, October 30. I'll take the room for the entire day, 9AM-7PM so we can work out the time another time.

I am seeing "Merchant of Venice" the afternoon of the 30th. Any Sunday in October looks OK, I voted for the 24th. I hope it works out.

It really doesn't matter to me which weekend the meet happens, but knowing as far in advance as possible will help.

I am in! I just need the address and date so I can figure out how to get there since I don't own a car. Actually if there is anyone from NYC/Brooklyn who is going maybe I can hitch a ride?
