I was hoping no one took my picture after last time. I didn't take my camera out of my bag. John

Some take home notes:
The microscope was this model but please browse around, he has so many other configurations, as well as the same model listed at different prices.
Also I was asked about camelia oil a few times, which protects the blade from oxidation for the lazy or OCD among us. I use this kind, best price on ebay, shop around though. Prices vary widely, and any pure camelia oil or "choji" will do.
I had a great time and enjoyed what everyone had to offer: ideas, tools, humor, coffee, donuts, molasses cookies, etc. Many thanks to our host, Jeff, and PBA. Perhaps we could make this a quasi regular thing? Next time let's pool some money and order pizza!
Finally, I seem to have come home with someone's Barber Hone? Was that yours Rob?

Thanked: 0I just got home from this amazing event.
This was my first event of this kind so I want to
thank everyone who was in attendance for making me feel so welcome.
Shout outs to Jeff and Dylan for organizing and hosting this event.
A note of special gratitude to Ed for his unflinching generosity with his honing kit and his willingness to share his vast knowledge.
He has unbelievable patience.
Kudos to a quality group.
Hope to see you again.

Thanks to everyone for showing up. Had a great time seeing old/new friends.
We'll do it again soon. Just let me know.“Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.”
