DFW Meet-up Date Poll
exactly what it sounds like, please pick which weekend works best for you. I have enabled multi-choice, so pick all the weekends you will be able to make it, this way we can select the weekend with the maximum amount of people attending.

so far options are June 25th, July 2nd, July 9th and July 16th. I am working on adding an actual poll to the thread, but go ahead and reply with what date(s) you can come. meetup will be in Arlington, TX at Sherlock's.

I'm good w/ July 16th. I'm thinking the farther out, the fewer prior commitments for most.

Alright, there's been no activity on this for a while, so I'm thinking 9th or 16th. The 9th is definitely better for me, are there any objections to having it this saturday?

Jockeys,
The lack of replies so far leads me to believe that, for most of us, it's very difficult to fit an event in on short notice. Those traveling are going to need an entire day blocked for this event. My suggestion would be to pick a date six to eight weeks out and stick to it. I would suggest September 10th or the 17th. Folks with kids will be back from vacations, people will have time to plan on it, and I think you'll get a healthy response.
Fwiw,

September 10th is good for me, and i agree with picking this date a few months out and sticking to it. Otherwise it becomes an exercise not dissimilar to herding cats, LOL!
