Thread: Second Oslo mini-meet Saturday July 30th

Since I was a bit too late for Birnando's mini-meet in June, I will take some responsibility and host the next one.

I live just outside Oslo, aprox 10 minutes with train and the train station is a 2 minutes walk from my house so it should be easy for those who want to join to get here.

As suggested by Birnando we try to make this happen during a weekend, so we don't need to worry about work next day and can spend the time we need and want.

This will take place Saturday July 30th, we start around 1 pm and finish of with BBQ and maybe some beers.

Bring you gear, whatever you like to eat and beer of preference, and I will take care of some snack, a big table, cold fridge and a hot barbeque.

Hopefully we get a pleasant afternoon/evening

Exellent suggestions here. I'm also wholly endorsing the barbie/beer ending, there's never a bad day for some good old barbie. I'm also good for any day or date, altho I have a weak preference for saturdays - unless we're on in july, I still have my holiday then and really don't have to worry about which day of the week it is

July 30-31 is fine for me, August 14th and September 10-11 as well.

I think we settle for Saturday July 30th at 1 pm if everyone is alright with that?

Just got back from the second Oslo mini-meet, what a blast.
Big thank you to Zephyr for arranging the event, and also to Birnando and Blix for making it such a nice meet.
