Thanked: 983Well probably because it's in Western Australia, making it physically impossible to be anywhere near the Eastern States, where all the cool people live!

Thanked: 1072Yep, it was a great day. I've never been in a room full of guys who dig razors as much as me. It was awesome.Grant
As Oz mentioned there was a mix of SRP and B&B members there, and what a cool bunch of guys.
There was plenty of knowledge and experience to be shared as well as gifts. Oz was even generous enough to give me a razor he had restored. Cant wait to get it home and use it.
Personally I learn a bunch just by hanging out and listening to these guys, particularly Sensei Oz.
For a newb or the more experienced guys I highly recommend attending any get-togethers you can. Not just for all the education you can gain, but also for that feeling of brotherhood that comes with it.
Here's a couple more pics

'Worth looking through the thread just to get a visual for the honorable Oz.
Those that attended know. For noobs, Oz is one of the greats in honing & resto, and incredibly kind to ignorant students, such as myself. 'Glad you guys got to get together. I'll be joining a few other mutants in Spokane later this month for similar revelry.
