Well probably because it's in Western Australia, making it physically impossible to be anywhere near the Eastern States, where all the cool people live!

Yep, it was a great day. I've never been in a room full of guys who dig razors as much as me. It was awesome.
As Oz mentioned there was a mix of SRP and B&B members there, and what a cool bunch of guys.
There was plenty of knowledge and experience to be shared as well as gifts. Oz was even generous enough to give me a razor he had restored. Cant wait to get it home and use it.
Personally I learn a bunch just by hanging out and listening to these guys, particularly Sensei Oz.
For a newb or the more experienced guys I highly recommend attending any get-togethers you can. Not just for all the education you can gain, but also for that feeling of brotherhood that comes with it.

'Worth looking through the thread just to get a visual for the honorable Oz.

Those that attended know. For noobs, Oz is one of the greats in honing & resto, and incredibly kind to ignorant students, such as myself. 'Glad you guys got to get together. I'll be joining a few other mutants in Spokane later this month for similar revelry.
