Thanks to all who were there and all the information. More importantly, thanks for not looking at me like I'm an idot when I ask dumb questions!! Seriously, it was a great time.
Tim, Special thanks from me. It shaves very nicely.

Glad to hear it, Scott. That was my first straight, and also the first one I honed to shavability.

The guy with the most questions is also the best reason for having these meetups.

Guys, Thanks to ALL that where there!

I had a great time and learned a lot!

I think the wives enjoyed it too I know mine did!

    • I brought the Mike's soap samples and the Bigalow glad they were enjoyed.

    • The Krampert's Finest Bay Rum is yummie! Thanks Mike!

    • A special shout out to Glen , thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience.
I really like your rhetorical answers "depends" or "Yes and No".
None the less, I learned a lot and am looking into a 30X Lighted Loupe!

+1, glad you made it home, Glen! I hope your drive to the Washington meets is uneventful.

2005xfr, thanks for that Bigelow! I love that stuff so much I make shaving passes I don't need.

Glad you made it home safely, Glen. Thanks for coming down and hope to see you next year.

@John - Yeah, the lighted loupe is mine. I bought it off eBay and it is called GemOro Smart Loupe Pro. It is 10x but it seems to be a pretty good quality in optics and the field of view is wide so I really like it. I had one of those $5 cheapo loupes before and it was very hard for me to use. Hard to get enough light to see in the cheapo. Found this one and love it.

If I can find it, I will bring the cheapo loupe as a giveaway next year. It is better than not having anything.

Already looking forward to next year!!!
