Thread: Northern NJ Get Together

Well the time has come as the Range house has finally been completed. They (PBA) wanted to charge $125.00 for its use but I convinced them we are not having a party, just sitting around playing with razors and rocks. I assured the PBA President the place be left as clean as we found it. Anyway, any ideas on dates, please throw them into the thread. I looking at late August early September on a Sunday morning. For those that are new to the SRP and want to attend, ALL ARE WELCOME. The location is about a mile from the George Washington Bridge in NJ so it is accessible by bus, train and subway. Anyone traveling to the GWB by bus or subway will be provided with a ride from the Bridge to the Range house.

I will post up a map as the date nears. It is easily accessible from any highway or roadway that brings you to New York City, Manhattan to be specific. Routes 80,95,NJTP, 63, 9W and a few others will bring you right to Fort Lee NJ.

As usual, I will supply the room and the required donuts and coffee. We've had a great time the last few times we did this so don't be a stranger.

Thanks for doing this again Jeff. If you're having it on a Sunday, I'm in. Any Sunday will work and I'd love to see the guys again. For those that haven't been to one of these, try to make it. The info and hands on help offered is price-less.

How does 8/26 look for everyone?

26th is good for me.

Having never been to a meet up, what gear should I bring? I know I need help with pinning and honing.

I'll be driving so transporting the gear won't be a problem.
