Thread: Any interest in a Pittsburgh meet?

Let's have a Pittsburgh meet on 11/11! I have plenty of space and parking (and beer, too). I am 25 miles NE of Pittsburgh, but am close to a major highway and Turnpike exit. These things don't happen often on our side of PA, so let's make this a good one.

Wish I still lived in W. PA! born and raised in Chippewa township beaver county. Lived in the burgh for 4 years as well. Miss it dearly...

I'll have to see how my work schedule pans out, but the interest is there for me.

I figured 11/11 was a good day since it's a Sunday, Veterans' Day (so some of you might even be off the next day), and is a little ways out. Plus, the Steelers game that week is on Monday night!

I'm sure I could be persuaded to get some venison jerky and chili together, too... But of course we'll have other stuff for you non-hunter-types

I was once a careful vegetarian, but gave it up when my life changed and I had less time to cook. So I took up hunting, just to keep it honest. So, for me, the bumper sticker needs to read "Hunter: another word for Bad Vegetarian."

If you open the Members List, you can do an advanced search and find people just by location. I found 24 people located in Pennsylvania (full spelling); did not try searching for PA. You could PM people. Also, the Mods have the power to send mass PMs.
