Thread: Seattle Meetup?

Just wondering if anyone in Seattle was interested in getting together as a group? Maybe at a local tavern in some easy to get to area (not downtown)?

I was thinking of something casual with little planning as opposed to a large banquet room where everyone brings lots of gear.

If someone (else) organized something like that I'd go but I was thinking more along the lines of just meeting at a local tavern some Saturday afternoon just to chat about our hobby in general.

I did a search and couldn't find where this had been done before. Since Seattle is the largest city in the state I was surprised that the past get-togethers had all been in other areas of the state.

I'd be up for getting together most any time over in W. Seattle as long as I had a little notice and it was either on California Avenue or Alki (I know those areas).
