Thanked: 110RIP Diboll (Bart)
Hello all... I have not been on the forum much in the last few months because of various reasons but i recieved a text from member Diboll's girlfriend tp say that he passed away this past Tuesday.. I only knew Bart through this forum while selling a few razors to him.. I do remember that Bart was all in on the SR shaving as some of you might recall that if something went up for sale that Bart was ready to buy :)... I was able to find out that Bart was a veteran and served in Vietam.. My condolences went out to his family and thought i would share his passing on to the rest of you... Thank you, Scott

Sorry to hear that. I remember reading his posts and eventually matching the name to a picture after the Charlie Lewis meet pics went up.
Condolences to his family.

This is a sad day. Bart was a wonderful man. Big heart and smile.
I was fortunate to make his acquaintance at the Texas meet. A fine, decent fellow.
Surely he shall be missed. Rest in Peace, Bart.
Thank you for sharing the news, Scott.Last edited by sharptonn; 08-02-2019 at 05:15 PM.

That is sad, sad news.
I too, had the pleasure of meeting Bart and spending some time with him at the Texas Meetup.
He was truly a great guy and will be sadly missed.

Being away from the forum for awhile, I didn't know him too well. He seemed like a great guy and from what I've read here today, I know he will be greatly missed, both by his family and friends, and this community as well.

Rest in peace. I've known him for quite a bit. Communicated with him and if memory serves right exchanged some vintage razors or something like that. Always known him as a friendly and helpful person. Stand up guy.
I will miss him.
