What's your deserted island head razor?
So if you were stuck on an island an could only have one razor to headshave what would you choose? Taking into consideration I couldn't get fresh blades I would say my 6/8 round point kobar would be my choice. If I could stock pile blades it's a no brainer. My lime green feather SS. One it's an amazing shaver but it also wouldn't corrode an sharp edge is just a blade swap away. So what would you guys choose?

Pixel head blade is my go to for work week shaves. Love them. I just wish I could get all their products locally. I've all but stopped ordering from them online due to their shipping costs.

Would have to be some form of Straight Razor in order to remove the need for replacement blades.

Considering the potential rust danger, I'd choose a ⅞ Henckels in stainless steel.
A great shaver that will stay the course in such an environment.Bjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

I have tried SR shavimg for my head a few times and it just does not feel right whatsoever. So, I'm a Bi-Shaver using DE for Head and SR for Face/Neck.
Changing the rules a bit to say that I had crash-landed on the island on the way home from picking up a modest lifetime supply of DE Blades and therefore I crashed with my DE and have no blade supply issues...
I would say Merkur Progress LH/HD though a Gillette Slim is a close second.
