    I recently started substituting Neutrogena Shaving Cream in place of Noxzema Cleansing Cream in my pre-shave routine. I rub a small amount of Neutrogena into my wet whiskers. Brush lather my favorite soap or cream over the top, complete my first razor pass, rinse and repeat the process. My shaves are outstanding and my facial skin feel great.
