Thread: Escher Dark Blue Hone 7"

I have had this stone for about a year and a half and have used it maybe 5 times. Does an incredible finishing job on our razors.
The first 6 pictures I took tonight, the rest are when I bought it to prove its provenance, before I knew anything about lacquering labels on the stone. Yes, I immediately removed the label on the bottom when I bought it. However, I did not lap the bottom where the label was and the end cap labels are still on, thank God. This stone has not seen much use since it was new because it is slightly over 3/4" thick and weighs 14.5 ounces. Width and depth are the typical 7" X 1-1/2". I am going to include a light green Thuringian slurry stone with the purchase but not shown in the pictures. Something about that slurry stone together with this stone is a really great combination. This stone has absolutely no dishing whatsoever and I have not lapped it. I am selling this to fund another purchase. Please ask any questions you have. I have an Ebay and Blade Forums accounts with 100% feedback.
