    Belgian Deep Rock Coticule

"Direct from the DEEP ROCK quarries of Belgium, this hone represents NATURE'S contribution to barbers. Only a good Belgian hone can give you the perfect edge - so fine, so sweet, so velvety."
You can read a bit of the stamp on the side of this natural combination coticule.

Paper box is worn, but still complete and corners are whole and not torn apart.

    Face approximate size: 2" x 4" or 50mm x 100mm
    Approximate thickness: 7/8

$150 shipping and insurance included CONUS, international please inquire. I will apply the price of a flat rate box ($7) to the shipping of your country.

Nice stone. If I didn't already have a bunch of good coticules, I'd be all over it. For those who don't know, these are considered the best of the best when it comes to a coticule.

Randy told me he has one and wouldn't take $500 for it. Rare to find with the label, and in the box. Nice piece. IIRC Deep Rock was actually the name of the mine it was harvested out of.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I have one the Same size too Mike. Except there's only about 3/16 of the good stuff left. Has a nice grain to it with a nice pink coming through as well. Leaves a fantastic edge.

That's a really fair price for one of those.
