Belgian Coticule - Natural Combination Stone with BBW, with Slurry Stone
My wife and I are celebrating our 30th Anniversary in a few weeks, and my plans have gone a tad over budget. Therefore, I'm selling a few razors and stones to help foot the bill:
Offering a nice rectangular natural combination Coticule/Belgian Blue Whetstone, approx. 177mm x 42mm x 18mm, 424g. The vein is unknown, but it is hard and smooth. The slurry stone is approx. 92mm x 17mm x 19mm and appears to be Coticule glued to slate.
This is a hard stone, that is fairly fast with slurry and moderately slow with water on the Coticule side. I have played with honing on the BBW side with both slurry and water, but don't have enough experience with BBW to rate the relative speeds. They were originally purchased from The Superior Shave in Jacksonville, FL.
