    Default S.R Droescher Inc Water Razor Hones BLUE

    Up for sale to fund my plot to fund a new toy is this gorgeous S.R. Droescher Inc Water Razor Hones, in original box with original labels, preserved with a light coat of Artists Gloss.

    It's approx 5 1/2" x 2 1/2" x .4" dimension.

    One end of the lid on the box is missing...you can see it if you look closely in the second pic.

    This hone, to me at least, is more along the traditional Barber Hone, given it's thinness, but I've used it like a normal hone, and it puts all the eloquence, crispness and softness known only to the Escher stones.

    That vintage Gerstner is a Harbor Freight knock off for $75.00 delivered to your door.....

    It holds razors, but wouldn't want to carry it by the handle to far...it's been scooped in my arms, made it to my car, then to MikeB52's place, then back...think if I carried it down the block...it would just shatter..... :-)

    LOL...what cracks me up is if you look on the box cover of the hone you can tell how old it is...original price on the box cover of..., .25 cents....
