A very nice finisher, will put a very mellow edge on a razor and altough it's not super hard, you will find it' very nice to use. this is the tipical razor that was preffered by Japanese brbers in their barbershops for touching up razors for it's fine grain, lightweight and speed. you can use it in your hand or in a base so i guess you can call it a koppa.
