Absolutely mint condition, Water of Ayr / Tam O'Shanter - The Celebrated Scotch Dual Hone, For Razors, Scalpels or Very Fine Knives..

This came from Guelph, Ontario, the home of a prestigious Veterinary University, and may have been a leftover from an age when Vets sharpened their own instruments. I appears never
to have been used, I've tested it out on a couple of razors, and the results were superb.

The Water of Ayr stone is particularly rare, you won't find many in the wild, and this example is pristine. If you haven't done any research on this stone, take some time and learn how exceptional it is.

It has been stored in a ZipLoc bag in my razor chest.
