    I hear KAF is pretty nice.. don't think i would worry about the conditions there! can't be any worse than LNK.. I'm doing the same thing.. just pulled the trigger on 5 str8's that need a little work so I can practice on before touching any of my others. the b/s/t on b&b usually has deals to be had. good luck in your venture of the perfect blade..
