    Default Super Cerium Oxide

    I've just ordered 4oz of Super Cerium Oxide and i want to know what to apply it to and how.
    I wanna use it my modular paddle strop. I have felt and leathers, rough n smooth.
    Would i mix it with oil or water?

    If it's a fine powder water should work fine. You can also use oil if you want.

    In the top of the stropping forum is a sticky on pasting strops. What to put it on is personal preference. There a thread in stropping on cerium that may help. Good luck
