availability of Naniwas at SRD (when is the next shipment due?)
I want to buy a 12k from SRD. Anybody here advise me as to how long it might be before they restock?

Thanks Lynn. Whoever fields the form inquiries to SRD can pitch mine altogether now as you just covered one base and the thread i started on SRD strop leathers has covered the other.

wade think about how long it took for the Zulu, then it wont be bad,, if I was at home id let you use my 12k naniwa,, I don't use it yet , still letting the pros hone for me right now but ,touchups are coming! tc

Yes, that was my (implied) reference-but i don't want anyone thinking negatively of Mike's ability to supply the goods. Lots of guys haven't learned that many things- especially when provided/made by very small companies, especially the one-dude enterprises, can take a little while to get. It can be a rude awakening to the realities of the limitations in both the super-saturated channels of mass production (where you can't get the _best_ stuff) and the hand-made/low production/specialty markets.
Too many folks get their knickers all bunched up over little stuff and soapbox it all over via this web. These are folks who generally haven't lived long enough to begin accumulating wisdom, understanding, and patience. I don't want to be confused with those folks. or to provide any fodder for their short-sighted fires.
