Question on "The Perfect Edge" store
I put in an order for a Norton 4k/8k hone almost two weeks ago from The Perfect Edge and I haven't received anything from them, no confirmation email, no order number, nothing. Was just wondering if anyone has had experience with them or if I should start worrying.

I made a purchase through them and had no problems at all. Emailed them a question, got an answer back the same day, I placed an order, and it was in my mailbox 4 days later. I'd wonder about the 2 weeks though. Maybe the 4/8 was outa stock who knows. But for me there were no problems. Did you email them??

Haven't emailed them, I guess I should give that a try. I figured at the very least I'd get some kind of order info email with an order number, etc. but I got nothing.

Howard is a member here. Hasn't been around the forum much in a long while, but I've bought stuff from him years ago and all was satisfactory. IIRC his phone # is on his website, and he enjoys talking razors and especially hones. He is a geologist IIRC. Send an email or call and if you don't reach him leave a message.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
