Thread: My current collection of hones.

Adrspach, I think all of us had good intentions to do so. (edit: have good intentions to do so)

it's just that we started out with some beautifull hone collections, I have to admit, I felt a bit of envy. Then it took a turn about the best advice to give someone just starting out maintaining a razor (which is generally: "keep it simple"), basicly two extreems in a spectrum of valid opinions for individual situations. To bridge these two point of views is is simply quite difficult to do.

I do admire everyone's effort here to diffuse a discussion which had gone kind of sour, there are not a lot of places (especially on the internet) where people go through the trouble to do so
