The photo with the label is a true Thuri not mine nor the stone I bought. I don't put a lot of faith in eBay pics cause often lighting makes things appear completely different also lapping off gunk can drastically change a stones appearance. You guys may be right though and this is a major bust, but until it arrives I'm holding my breath. I bought a stone of the bay that appeared brown in pictures but when it arrived it was a dull grey blue. It has turned out to be a great finisher and possibly the Thuri it was advertised as.

Id looked at the stone on ebay and remember the busted box, it had been listed for a week or two. Hope its a big fat thuringian for ya! The pics didnt look like one so I took a pass.

Yeah the guy had a ludicrous price. As if its old people will pay three figures for anything. Ha I didn't know it was listed so long and I was surprised he took a best offer far below bin.

A lot of the time they price stuff so high that I figure people don't even bother with an offer.

Wow, looks way different than expected, give us pics dry and with slurry, its way lighter than I would have thought and is that brown or more purple in person

It looks natural to me and brownish with red and black dots. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1405299803.642606.jpg
