New German toys
I bought some new toys and I'm so excited I wanted to share. They are both Thuri bout and quite lovely. One is a yellow green and the other a mottled black. Thank God I came to terms with hand honing a few months back or these would have been rather difficult for me. Who said watching TV doesn't teach us new skills. Here they are in all their glory.
And nestled to bed lol

Razor rich, but money poor. I should have diversified into Eschers!

Well thankfully I had a great guy tell me what to look for. I have already tested the y/g with great success so far. The mottled black is so cool looking while wet, but the y/g seems to want to shed any water on it.

Oddly I think I had the same great guy tell me about those rocks as well
I got Bout 10 if you still have the PDF. I've still got to put some pictures up, I wanted to have used the hone for a few times first so I could tell what it was like.
So far I have been very impressed.Real name, Blake

Very nice stones, when I get a slightly larger collection, I think I will put my stones in draws, like you!

The draws are nice but I don't like that hones near the back are hard to get out. I have to pull the drawer all the way out usually.

I just had my first shave off the mottled black and I hope it was indicative of how the stone with perform. It was super sharp and buttery smooth all at once. It may have been one of the best edges I have ever put on a razor. I hope it acts like that every time I use it.
