Default New to Jnats... Can you help identify?

Just got this stone today, and am very excited. I need to get my haves on some more naguras, but that's another story. Before the stamps are gone, can you help me identify the markings?

The box says Imanishi Oohira model 40 "Saikoukyu". What's that last part?

I am hoping for a finisher. Does any of this refer to quality, fineness, etc?

Ok. I'll respond to my own post. I did find this thread:
    http://straightrazorpalace.com/honin...ogression.html

It looks like a pre-polisher, which is unfortunate. It takes a mirror edge (from diamond lapping film) and leaves striations with a hazy finish. I may shave with it today, but after just one session, and trying a mystery nagura and a PHIG as nagura, followed by straight water, I think its place is before a finishing step. Expensive lesson, but maybe a valuable step in my future honing progression. The thread above suggests it's a great stone for completing the bevel and doing the work with naguras, but to finish on a shuobudani or other Jnat.

For the record, if anyone is considering this stone, don't take my first impressions as gospel. This was the first object to be scraped across the Ohira's surface since it left the quarry.
