I had the impression that quartz does not appear in Jnats. But if it's white or transparent, I guess it could be one. And like all the hard inclusions, it needs to be removed.
Use something hard and try to scratch it until it does not come in contact with your blades, hoping that it won't be releasing particles in the future. And, if you're lucky, it might not go deeper, and by removing it, you'll be fine.
If it's a stone you have recently bought, without you knowing of this inclusion, I would strongly advise you to return it as soon as possible.
