Hone ID?
I have a two sided hone that somehow found it's way into my things during various moves with my mom as a youth. I'm not sure of the age. I want to say she got it from her dad. Maybe it was my dad's, since her father was dead long before I was even born.
As you will see, there might be a slight need for lapping before it touches a razor.
The others sharing pic space were picked up "for kicks" for a combined $1.25 during a visit to the local army surplus.

If you clean it I think it might be a coticule ...... yellow/blue. But I could be wrong, was wrong once before.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
