Was cross-training on sushi knife - did this to Chosera 400
Holy smokes. I must have been working for it!
Managed to get it flat again, but with some effort. Actually, I think I got tendonitis in my knuckle from all of this! Something like 12 hrs of sharpening so far, and yes, the knife is a bit wonky (first try with hand-forged san mai on a larger knife.
