Thank you very much Sebastian for your nice words.
It's shame that the making of the Arabic Swords have almost vanished, we have in our language more than 300 names for the Swords each describe a certain type or a quality of the sword, lots of the Arabic Swords have engravings and nice writings with the lovly Arabic fonts.

Now days most of what we have in markets is cheap blant copies for display and dancing.

I doubt busy people like Muhammad Saad al-Beshi use cheap copies, they have to be quite sharp!

I had to Google that one. But it's rather interesting: Portrait: Muhammad Saad al-Beshi, Saudi Arabia's state executioner. | World news | The Guardian

As an aside, I was hitherto under the impression that stone worshipping is haram in Islam. Punishable by death, too. Now, this may be circular reasoning, but I am genuinely curious.

You are right people like Ahmed Al Mowald, Mohammed Al Bishi, his son Naif Al Bishi, Majed AL Dowsiri and a lot who prefer to not declare their Names

Don't use cheapo copies the Ministry of Justice give each one of them three Swords each sword cost around 27k$, a rife and a gun for personal protection against retaliation, they also provide a close detail and home protection for all the swordmen which what we call them.

Mr.Mohammed Al Bishi isn't the state lead Swordman, he is famous because he executed Juhiman Al Otaibi who invaded the Holy mosque in the early 1980s, but Mr Al Mowald is the oldest known swordman and he have executed more than 3000 person.

Just wanted to add that, the swords that the swordmen use are mostly Indian swords which are highly appreciated by Arabs along the history.

now this subject is very annoying to some of our respected members whom signed up for Shaving fourm, not for a religious beliefs , therefore I rather not to talk about it here, but pm my for whatever you would like to know and I will answer everything you want to know

    Hello Robin,

I can assure that worshiping stones is still forbidden in Islamic religion and the garden article is 50% lies, I am a practice Muslim that you can reach for whatever questions you have in mind and I can answers you, but lots of our respected members may not appreciate this drift in the Hones forum.

Just PM me to get straight answers for your curiosity.

I hope that I haven't hurt anyone till now...

I think thats the way to go here, and its the right way. Many topics are bound together, and it would be really annoying to let the hone stuff standing on its own....

Thats why i really like adding history stuff or interesting facts to the hone topics!!

I personally think its important to explain details if these are interesting and if they are a real addition to the subject. For sure its not good to drift away too far...but however if this is the case, the mods will tell ;-)

    Hi Sebastian,

The fight over religious beliefs has no end, and it will not end as long as there will be more than one belief, even in one religion people are arguing with each other, because people are always look for what make them different form each other not to the similarities that they have in common. I really respect this place a lot and the members too, opening some subjects that may make it uncomfortable for some members whom find this forum an escape to their beloved hobbies isn't fair to them, neither we have the right to do so.

What said Robin about worshiping a stone, isay common misconception that is told about Muslims, replying to this won't be a problem to me, neither it will it bring peace to the world, rather than annoying or irritating some of the respected members.

Now for me to wait until the mods alert about crossing the lines, that's mean that I already started to annoy someone, which is not what I had in mind when I joined SRP.
