    Now guys i buy this stone as i think it is a old Nakyama Maruishi with Yake or kan patern
    Am i a fool , that delute my self or it is a very good stone , that i buy

    No way to tell from a picture. You may be lucky with this one but with Jnats (like most things) you usually get what you pay for. Let us know as soon as you tried her.

    Yes, no way to tell until you test it. It could be a very good stone.

    People don't always realize that if you took a $2,000 205x75x25mm kiita, made it gray, a koppa or narrow, and add a few cosmetic "problems" you now have a $75-100 stone even though the performance is the same. The Japanese pay for things westerners do not always understand or appreciate.

    So there's not much luck involved, you can buy stones like this at the same price from many sellers. Takeda-San sells Nakayama koppas from under $50 to $90 and the two $80-90 I have are excellent razor hones. I had a third that was $45 but so small and irregular that I cut it into naguras to get the most out of it!
