    Default Coticule surface inclusion?

I recently bought a coticule stone, and there seems to be two separate, very small Pebble like inclusions. ..idk what to do. I've lapped repeatedly and they seem to be throughout! Any advice?

Welcome to SRP. I've had a coticule with an inclusion. It was lighter in color than the rest of the stone and did not affect the honing. I would suggest trying a razor on it and see if it is a problem or not.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I'm nervous to jump in with my straights. I tried it in my crkt triumph and it destroyed the edge. ..

If you don't want to try lapping through, maybe they can be pinned out, filled with thin ca glue and lapped flush.

That sounds like a good idea. I've tried lapping repeatedly and is still there. Fortunately it's not my only hone. Thanks

If it's really bad just contact the quarry at Ardennes and they will give you a new one. If the stone came from their mine then they back it 100%.
