Yes I would like to talk about the UF hone.

I've had this hone for about 10 years now and I never reall wamed up to it. It was so slow abrading. Almost nothing happens. But a quople of days ago I tried it again. "lapped" it an extra time with the white "fine" sharpmaker rod just to be sure no particles left sticking up. then proceded to hone an already honed dovo inox on it. and its just so much sharper than the coticule edge i had on the dovo I can't believe it. It was sharp before but now it has moved into the scary sharp territory.

And what I like most about it is that I use it dry. So I can use it everywhere. This little cheap hone turned out to be very good (for me). Only took me 10 years to find out.

I now understand why many are on a constant stone hunt. For the best sharpest edge possible.
