One coticule honing is not particularly relevant in this circumstance. The OP is new to honing and does not have a coticule.

The Carborundum 102 and 200 are relative comparable in their function, so it's more of an "either/or" thing rather than a sequence issue. Regarding which of the two will create a more fine edge, this is a matter of the condition of your two particular hones. Both of these are mainly used as maintenance hones. The 200, aka The Aloxite, is fairly similar to a Swaty. As such, your pair of hones are similar to the Swaty and Carborundum 102 that I used for about the first 5 years of my straight shaving experience. Because I had nothing else, they were what I used both to sharpen and maintain my razors. I have continued to maintain those razors with only those two hones for almost 15 years.

I tell you this because I want you to know that these hones CAN be sufficient. However, since you have other hones you might as well take advantage of those hones too. The 3000 hone, whatever it is, most likely is a better option for bevel setting and sharpening. The edge off of the 8000 can be compared to the edges off of the 102 and the 200. Hone off of one and then shave with it and then hone off of another one and shave off of it and compare them. What is the brand of the 3k/8k hone?
