One thing for sure is the box held an Escher stone - it is unfortunate that without a label on the stone it could be another grade Thuri - doubt it, but the Provenance is not there without the label.
I have one just like it, the smaller ones in the box, and it puts a beautiful edge on the razor.

Can't really testify myself but that is certainly a Escher cup on the label!!!!!! You scored on that find possibly!
