The critical question is, is there a "transition hone?" I did not invent the term, but long before recognized the need for a grit as close as possible to the bevel setter, so I really need to know if there is a 2 grit hone? I need that hone!

I'm sure that with the speed these new hones are being developed, you won't be waiting long for it. Start saving for it now.

I would think that maybe burnishing the fast one might make it slightly less aggressive.........
