Got A Good One, Boys !!
Hey Guys,
Hit the Jack Pot today! Found this baby at Harbor Freight today. She's a Garden Dual Grit razor hone. One side is "medium" grit, great for bevel setting & it has a "fine" grit side for finishing. I rubbed my fingers across the fine grit side & it's comparable with my best Swaty hone.
It only cost $2.00 & I got a flashlight with it for "Free" ! (Had to use a coupon)
I can use the flashlight to light up my edge & that will tell me how sharp the razor is.
Gonna test it with a Gold Dollar soon & put the results in the "Hone of The Day" thread.
Don't be sending me PM's , cause its not for sale!
Thanks for looking,,,,,,

Thanked: 3795That truly does look like the perfect hone for a Gold Dollar.

You would probably do better by using the Gold Dollar to open the package and just rubbing the hone on your face. Coarse side first then buff with the fine side.
