I'm not sure this is the right forum for this thread. If not: would one of the moderators be kind enough to move it to the proper forum?

I have been eyeing one of the hones for sale at Japenese-Whetstones.com for a while and asked them a few questions by email a week ago. I haven't had a reply yet. Does anyone know what's going on? Are they still in business?
