Welcome to the forum. I am sorry to say that we cannot tell you what your items are worth as valuations are against the forum rules.
Before you launch into buying anymore stuff head over to the beginners section and the library linked at the top of the page. Many questions you have will be answered there. Anything that isn't answered just ask and there will be someone that can help.
Good luck.Fact: Opinions are not the same as facts... Well, that's my opinion anyway

Thanked: 481I can't tell what kind of stone that is, but if it's the one your grandfather used then I would say you can probably lap it flat and enjoy it for many more years yourself.
The razor on the other hand seems to have a LOT of wear toward the toe. To correct the geometry would require the loss of a significant amount of steel, and I think perhaps it would be best to clean the razor up and store it as a keepsake/memento.
My suggestion would be to pick the flatter side of the hone and lap it flat, and find yourself a vintage blade in better condition to begin your straight shaving journey with.
