    Default New HADquisitions

    Hi guys here are some new stones i just picked up. The ones numbered 1 and 3 were an old barbers so lm hoping they are going to be good. Havent had a chance to try an edge on them yet but will soon. Any guesses or info on any of these stones welcome cheers.

    3 looks like it could be a Thuringian, they all look good!!

    Big purple one is a La Lorraine/Rouge salm type. It's a member of the BBW/Coticule family, Some can work as finishers, Most seem to work as a faster BBW. White spots, Double purple tone, If it's anything else I would be hugely surprised.

    The larger green one with the darker green dots look like some of the variations found in Llyn Idwal Grecian type hones.
