7hone lot score
I just scored my first hone lot. 2 Franz swaty’s, Dubl Duck,reliance,high &co, and two unmarked hones. Won them for a pretty good price, well I’m happy with it. Here’s a few pics. I’ll post more when they arrive and maybe I’ll be able to find out what the 2 unmarked ones are.

I always keep a look out for "John Primble" Barbers hones. Very highly rated & mine puts the 3 line Swatty's & the rest to shame & I have a bunch of them. Good hunting;-)
What brand is the white hone? Nice score by the way.

The stone lot arrived today. They seem to be in good shape a few small chips some were from shipping but they are at least in areas that won’t affect performance. But I think the light gray one is a carborundum, looks a lot like one side of the 103 I have. The black one I have no idea what it is. Now I need to clean them up to get the gunk off. I figure soap and hot water with a soft toothbrush should do it. Here’s the pics enjoy!
