    This is carpentry but the line of hones over a water catch box and the
    way he drips water on them looks interesting.

    For some honing I like a constant bit of water but not a flood.
    A milk container and some aquarium hose line with a clamp could make a nice
    drip... And many of the modern hones are targeted for wood working
    as you see here.

    Interesting but he is lapping the hones totally ass backwards. Since he isn't bothering to clean the plate between moving from hone to hone he should be moving from finest to coarsest that way any stray grit that might be stuck on the lapping plate won't be detrimental to the next hone he moves to.
