Wow. Instead of bashing the vendor here, did you consider communicating with the vendor? Not everything is done or sent immediately.

If the website says "most orders are shipping within 20 days," and today is the 13th day, then you don't seem to have any reason to complain. In my opinion you certainly have no right or justification to recommend anyone "refrain from doing business" with this vendor.

I checked out the website for the first time in years. There it said "all orders currently ship within 20 working days from the date of purchase. This is due to the fact that we don't have ready to go stock for certain sizes, so if in doubt, please email before to find out current, accurate shipping times."
