I've done this thing in the past with some Kamisori. If you search in the razor forum you can see how it was set up. Make sure you lay it all out in writing in advance and any restrictions on membership time or locations and time to keep the stone as well as how it is to be packaged and mailed and insured. Make sure you are held harmless if anyone injures themselves while honing.

Thanks for the interest, you are #1 in Europe and so far #7 overall. Also I lapped both the front and the back of the stone for more surface area.

The Uchigumori arrived today and due to a fortuitous sick day, I was able to use it some. So far, I'm liking the stone.
I'll report back with more details and pics in a few days.
